Je to totiž právě Northern Monk, který svým pivem před několika lety odstartoval českou minikulturu za studena chmelených kölschů, které jsou vlastně takovým pivně-stylistickým vtipem. After all, it is Northern Monk that started the Czech mini-culture of dry-hopped kölsch with its beer a few years ago, which is actually a kind of beer-stylistic joke.
