Nasza druga kooperacja z browarem Finback ze Nowego Jorku. Tym razem uwarzyliśmy bardzo soczystą i wyśmienicie pijalną IPĘ na bardzo nahajpowanym chmielu Riwaka. Odmiana ta posiada bardzo intensywny cytrusowy aromat grejpfruta i kumkwatu. Do zestawu dołożyliśmy Belmę, która dodała nutki pomarańczy, melona, truskawki i ananasa oraz klasyczny Mosaic dla podbicia owocowego tła. ——— Our second cooperation with Finback brewery. This time we brewed a very juicy and deliciously drinkable IPA on Riwak hops. This variety has a strong citrus aroma of grapefruit and kumquat. We also added Belma, which added notes of orange, melon, strawberry and pineapple, and the classic Mosaic to enhance the fruity background.
