More: We are into extra light malts. Usually we use german variants. This time we got some nice extra low colored Thomas Fawcett Marris Otter to play around with and blended it with some Wheat rich in prolamines. Mosaic takes the main role in the dry hop and gets some support by the dank and spicy Columbus. - IPA DDH with Mosaic & Columbus - ABV: 6.2 % OG: 14.4 P Grains: Low Color Marris Otter, Wheat Hops: Mosaic & Columbus Yeast: American Ale
