More: This is our very own Steam Beer but with the lager strain pushed so far that Elon Musk will try to land on it in 2042. A Mosaic India Pale Lager with 2007 Pilsner Lager Yeast. Misty Meadow is a wonderful mash-up between the crispness of a Lager and a juicy IPA. Adding Mosaic hops has made this extremely drinkable to the point where we, in hindsight, are glad we kept the ABV on 5%. Enjoy a few of these, then enjoy a few of these some more.
