More: Do you remember your first? Because we sure do. Our first IPA tasted like no beer we had before. It tasted of pure hops, with a piney bitterness and a bready and caramel body that worked together to bring balance. Beers seem to have gotten a lot more complex since then. But we never forgot our first.. So we decide to resurrect the West Coast IPA. Like all our beers we brewed it with a modern twist. The result is this infinitely drinkable hoppy beer that makes you long for simpler times. Because remember: a classic is always in fashion.
