0105 is our fifth West Coast IPA in IPA TONE series. Strong enough to classify as West Coast, yet not too strong so you can find your way home on a warm summer evening, nicely dry and bitter, this is a beer that goes down smoothly. A combination of classic American hops in the whirlpool and modern Azacca with a dash of Amarillo Cryo in dry hopping created a complex fruity aroma with a hint of pine. This IPA sits right between the new and old school of hop-forward brewing to please both these camps and just anyone who feels like hoppy beer.
