More: Our Anniversary beer has become a tradition now, celebrating the Monk team, reflecting on the journey so far, and providing an annual snapshot of where we’re at in terms of brewing. We’re marking the 8th birthday with an 8% NE DIPA featuring all the trendy, juicy headliners of this moment in time. Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 brig that overripe tropical, freshly-pierced juice carton fruitiness, with Strata contributing its underlying dank aura.
