More: A citrus-forward gose brewed with Oranges, Coriander, Himalayan rock salt, and our house culture of lactobacillus. Taste: Refreshing citrus sour notes come through mixed with hints of fresh rye fields, and balanced out by a sweet, jammy orange juiciness. Even more floral zest shines through as the glass warms. Appearance: Golden orange with a brief white head. Nose: Freshly peeled citrus, hints of exotic spicy coriander, and some tropical guava on the nose, with some inviting hints of saltiness. Malts: Pale malt, wheat malt, rye malt, cara pale Hops: Hallertau Blanc, HBC 431
