More: A sour pink beer brewed with fruits such as guava, papaya and grapefruit. As the style itself says, gose means there could be no shortage of Himalayan salt. For souring technology, we used a new procedure for the first time, which resulted in much more citrus freshness. ----- Kwaśne, różowe piwo uwarzone z dodatkiem owoców takich jak guawa, papaja i grejpfrut. Jak sam styl mówi, gose oznacza, iż nie mogło zabraknąć soli himalajskiej. Do technologii zakwaszania po raz pierwszy wykorzystaliśmy nową procedurę, która w efekcie przyniosła nam dużo więcej cytrusowej świeżości.
