First of two special ninth birthday beers, this is from our staff – the Monks themselves.
To celebrate, we’ve smashed two awesome beers together. A mash up of Once, Twice, Three Times A Whale, a DIPA we made with New York's Finback Brewery and Dream Line Forms: Four, a Patrons Project NEIPA.
This time, once again Finback are collaborating on this with us, as are Massachusetts' own Vitamin Sea and Patron number 21, SKGN, and artist, and our third Patrons Project member, James Butler on the can design.
The result of bringing together two brilliant beers, two north-east USA brewers and two of our most eye-catching Patrons into one new awesome brew is a juicy, thick, birthday beer, packed with tropical fruits and hoppy goodness from Mosaic, Citra and Strata.
