More: Cold Lies is our first Cold IPA coming in at 6.1%. This beer and style was designed to allow the yeast to take a back seat and let the Hops be the star of the show. The malt bill consists of just pilsner malt and flaked rice and is fermented warm with a clean lager strain to ensure minimal esters. This beer is crisp, easy drinking and super hoppy with a bitter finish. Dry hopped with the good old trusty hop combination of Citra, Mosiac and Simcoe we get a very bright hop aroma of citrus, passion fruit, papaya and resins. Please keep cold and drink immediately.
