More: A powerful Sour IPA brewed together with the kings of this style from the United States, the Hudson Valley brewery. The wort, soured in the kettle, undergoes a special procedure to ensure that as many lactic fermentation flavors as possible remain in the finished beer. We also added purees in the form of blueberries, blueberries and raspberries. Although this is a Sour IPA it is not a classic approach to the style, here we approached the subject as Hudson does, that is, the hoppiness is lower than in an IPA. The whole thing is incredibly fruity, sweet and sour.
