More: In the last minute beer, we decided to introduce an additional layer of complexity by using the technique of double cold hopping, widely known in IPAs and stronger Double IPAs. However, this time we applied it in the context of a Pale Ale style. To achieve this, we carefully selected a combination of hop varieties, including Citra , HBC 630, and Enigma. ---- W piwie last minute zdecydowaliśmy się wprowadzić do piwa dodatkową warstwę złożoności, stosując technikę podwójnego chmielenia na zimno, metodę szeroko znaną w IPA i mocniejszych Double IPA. Tym razem jednak zastosowaliśmy ją w kontekście stylu Pale Ale. Aby to osiągnąć, starannie dobraliśmy kombinację odmian chmielu, w tym Citra , HBC 630 i Enigma.
