Още: Our strongest core range beer has gotten stronger this year weighing in at a hefty 10% ABV. Like every year we change the recipe while keeping the same fundamentals, which is a non adjunct/no nonsense imperial stout where the malt and yeast does all the talking. Coffee, dark and milk chocolate along with dark fruits dominate the beer with hints of soy sauce and caramel to round it off. Keep at or below cellar temperatures and best enjoyed at 12-14C.
