More: Session IPA, 12°, 5% ABV. Hop Stop bylo druhé pivo, které jsme kdy uvařili – ještě jako létající pivovar BeerLab – kdysi v lednu 2015. Byla to klasická session IPA s chmely Simcoe a Nelson Sauvin a teď ji přinášíme zpátky ze záhrobí. Jemně jsme jí aktualizovali, ale pořád je tím samým pivem jako před léty, takže vás vrátí zpět do časů kdy chmelená piva byli pořádné hořké a taky hezky do sladu, voněli jehličím a pryskyřicí a ovoce nabídli jenom nádech. Při 5 % Alk. se pije jako voda, jen o něco líp. Hop Stop was the second beer we ever brewed – as a gipsy brewery BeerLab – back in January 2015. It was an old-school session IPA with Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin and now it’s coming back from the dead. We slightly refreshed the recipe, but it’s still pretty much the same beer as all these years ago. It will bring you back to the ages when hoppy beers were quite bitter with a nice malt balance, piney and raisiny with a fruity edge. With just 5% ABV, it drinks like water, but way better.
