More: OATMLEAL OVERNIGHT CREAM ALE - the inspiration for this beer was matcha latte with oat milk and a croissant with pistachio cream and white chocolate. The malt base is a combination of pilsner and wheat malt. A very interesting method of overnight oats was used, where all the flavors were extracted from the oats throughout the night, and then mashing of the malt was started in this prepared oatmeal. The sweet taste is complemented by a pinch of lactose and maltodextrin, which add body and sweetness. A dessert in liquid form.
