More: The nights are rolling in now, the streetlights are coming on a little earlier, and there’s a chill starting to cut through the air; it must mean summer has gone to bed for the year and we’re steamrolling into the Autumn and Winter months. With the cooler evenings and the promise of huddling around a roaring fire in a pub now not too far away at all, we wanted to brew to the season and Captivated Over was our riposte to seeing our breath hanging on the air. A modern hoppy Amber beer, generously hopped with Stateside classics Citra and Cascade for a hoppy bite of clean citrus flavours, backed up with floral notes that cut through the sweet biscuit notes of the malt base. A beer very much for the season – get your gloves on and wrap your hands around this one; winter is coming!
