At the beginning, there was only boundless chaos. And from the cosmic darkness was born a monstrous ten percent black hop-forward IPA. Hoppy, bitter, and dry. Flavors of pine, mango, and citrus fruits from the hops, with supporting notes of caramel, chocolate, toffee, and dark fruits from the malt. Blooming with aromas of pine, berries, citrus, and tropical fruits.
This bold beer was brewed in collaboration with our big brew brothers from Third Moon - Milton, Ontario. As with all our beers, this one also was named after a song of a favorite band.
Pen Cap Chew is a thick but drinkable, delicious, and very fragrant black IPA that you will enjoy a lot. A very special release for our first anniversary!
