More: The story of Stefan and Billie touched our hearts to their very cores and inspired us to brew this very special West Coast IPA. We did our best to translate the purity of love between man and his best friend when creating C’mon Billie. For this beer we used a simple grain bill to allow the hops to shine creating a clean, dry and crisp body with a firm bitterness. Waimea and Kohia Nelson SubZero Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops come together to bring you citrusy notes of lime zest, tangerine, and grapefruit, punchy tropical fruity flavors of guava juice, orange, and sweet passion fruit, all crashing into the pine forest and danky light cannabis notes in the background. The end result is a nice, crisp, dry and mega-hoppy flavor. This one’s for you Billie!
