Още: Unprofaned to the tongue of man and with diligence imposed, the conjurer's libation is cast with the carmine and grass fruits of the Earth-Mother. The harvest shrieks: Caveat emptor! Our second brew is both a celebration of the harvest season, and an homage to one of the most Bulgarian manifestations, namely, the aroma of freshly roasted peppers at the end of September. This time, we bet on malt from Weyermann in Bamberg, a region with centuries-old beer brewing traditions. The style is a gose, a refreshing beverage the owes its taste to a slight acidity, traditionally supplemented with salt - itself here expressed by another Bulgarian ingredient, samardala. Drinker beware!
