More: A dry-hopped dark beer, which combines a distinct bitterness, a woody freshness and a thick, chocolatey body. The dark colour is achieved through mashing-in roasted wheat malts, which also delivers the pleasant chocolate notes. We used Chinook and Centennial hops to endow the beer with the fresh aroma of herbs and pine. Mosaic rounds out the result with tropical and fruity notes. The unusual addition here is Tellicherry black peppercorns. We added them like you would add them to a dish - gently, so they underline the flavours, but do not overwhelm them. The beer is not spicy, though it leaves a pleasant warmness on your throat. Сухоохмелена тъмна бира, която съчетава изразена горчивина, гориста свежест и плътно, шоколадово тяло. Тъмният цвят е получен с майшуване на препечена пшеница, която отдава и приятния шоколадов привкус. Използвахме хмеловете Chinook и Centennial, за да вникне в пивото свеж аромат на билки и бор. Mosaic закръгля резултата с тропически и плодови нотки. Необичайната добавка е индийски черен пипер Tellicherry. Добавихме го, както подобава на подправка - нежно, за да подплати вкусовете, а не да ги закрие. Бирата не е люта, но оставя приятна топлина на гърлото.
