A recreation of a historical beer style "American Pilsner". It's roots date back to 1800s when German immigrants brought traditional pilsner brewing style to America. Our interpretation of the style is a bit more corny, in a good way! The unusually high percentage of flaked corn provides a beautiful and complex sweetness that balances with the Czech Saaz hop’s bitterness Fermented low and slow with a lager yeast strain and lagered for 3 whole months as every traditional lager should, ensures that you will be tasting your first lager.
