Komplexní ovocná vůně s tóny borovice je výsledkem kombinace klasického amerického chmele Chinook použitého na whirpool a moderní Azaccy doplněné Amarillo Cryo na dry hopping. 0105 si bere něco jak ze staré, tak i z moderní školy vaření IPA, aby potěšila oba tyto tábory - a také kohokoli dalšího, kdo by si rád dal suché a hořké, příjemně chmelené pivo třeba na cestu domů za teplého letního večera. 0105 is our fifth West Coast IPA in IPA TONE series. Strong enough to classify as West Coast, yet not too strong so you can find your way home on a warm summer evening, nicely dry and bitter, this is a beer that goes down smoothly. A combination of classic American hops in the whirlpool and modern Azacca with a dash of Amarillo Cryo in dry hopping created a complex fruity aroma with a hint of pine. This IPA sits right between the new and old school of hop-forward brewing to please both these camps and just anyone who feels like hoppy beer.
