The first one. And it is dear to us…read important. A lot. So much so that it took us a year and 12 brews to make it such that we like it and bet our balls on it. Hence the name. It is dear to us, read (in)valuable. So much so that we bet our balls that you will like it. Not because we filtered the water five times, mixed Pilsner, Munich I and Carapils malts; hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo and then dry-hopped, just in case. But because we made it with balls… metaphorically, of course. Cheers.
