An (almost) traditional dry Irish stout. The flaked barley enhances the body of the beer, and the typical black colour and coffee aroma are all thanks to the roasted malts. You can feel gentle herbal and earthy notes from the English hops. Often compared to Guinness, if Guinness had any discernible flavour.
