New England IPA, 17° Plato, 7.2% ABV. Join, or Die. byl před lety náš první pokus o NEIPA a zdá se, že jsme se vydali správným směrem a že tuto vlnu kalných IPA není možné ignorovat. A že jsme se NEIPA už něco navařili za poslední roky! Více pšenice, více ovsa a více chmele: Ekuanot a Mosaic jsme použili při vaření, Citru a Galaxy na studené chmelení. Dostanete sametově hladké výrazné pivo s výbuchem ovocné vůně a chuti. Join, or Die. was our first attempt on NEIPA years ago and it seems we were right that this new hazy movement will be hard to ignore. Having brewed couple (ehm) of them since then, we keep on polishing what was a pretty nice brew already. More wheat, oats and hops: Ekuanot and Mosaic on the hot side, heaps of Citra and Galaxy on the cold side - what you get is velvet-smooth big beer booming with explosion of fruit.
