Double NEIPA, 20° Plato, 8.2% ABV. Uvařili jsme dvě nové NEIPA a použili do nich stejné slady, stejný chmel i stejné kvasnice. Gravitace je silná 20° Double NEIPA napěchovaná pšenicí, ovsem a – co je nejdůležitější – chmelem. Idaho 7 a Mosaic dodávají této husté chmelové bombě komplexní aroma exotického ovoce. Buďte opatrní, předávkování tímto pivem může způsobit problémy s gravitačními silami. Two NEIPAs, same malts, same hops, same yeast, two antipodal physical phenomena. This is the heavy one: a 20-plato thick NEIPA loaded with wheat, oats and, most importantly, hops. Heaps of Idaho 7 and Mosaic provide this viscous hop sauce with complex aroma of exotic fruit and smooth texture, just to ground you with nice bitterness. Be careful, overdosing might cause problems with handling the gravitational forces.
