Two's company and three's a crowd is how the old saying goes. Well, we at Alchemik prefer to think of three as the magic number -- especially when it comes to hops. That's why we created this series to highlight a new trinity of our favorite varietals with every brew. In this first batch, we've got a lovely balanced backbone of stone fruit and pine from Simcoe, with Sabro bringing a tropical, coconutty accent, and Citra's distinctive mix of fruity and floral aromas holding it all together.
