The Beer Geek Madness 2023 festival has resulted in a triple collaboration between breweries: Browar Stu Mostów, 18th Street from Hammond in the Midwest region of the United States, and Seven Island from Greece. The result is a sour that features a distinctive, refreshing flavor. In this case, it comes with an intense citrus flavor that is a hit on the palate. However, to soften this strong hit, we added sweet mango, which gives the beer a softness and sweetness.
