The sweet stout, often referred to as "Cream stout," is opaquely black. Malt notes of chocolate, caramel and coffee are dominant here and also appear in the taste. The addition of milk sugar (lactose) gives the beer more body and sweetness. Meanwhile, the addition of roasted barley, in addition to color, introduces its characteristic bitterness, which, along with the hop bitterness, balances the flavor and encourages another sip. Nitrogen saturation, using a special technology, gives a creamy texture and a beautiful, fine-bubbled head. ---- Słodki stout, często nazywany mianem „Cream stout” jest nieprzejrzyście czarny. Słodowe nuty czekolady, karmelu i kawy są tutaj dominujące i pojawiają się również w smaku. Dodatek cukru mlecznego (laktozy) nadaje piwu więcej ciała i słodkości. Natomiast dodatek palonego jęczmienia, oprócz barwy, wprowadza swoją charakterystyczną goryczkę, która wraz z goryczką odchmielową równoważy smak.
