Collaboration of Pelta Brewing, HIGH FIVE taproom (Sofia) and HOPIUM taproom (Plovdiv) This is an old school West Coast style IPA. We had seasoned it with a perfect combination of Cascade, Simcoe & Centennial hops – and then generously dry-hopped with loads of El Dorado to make it as bitter as it deserves to be. Nazdrave!
