Three years ago we took a risk by planting, among others, 1500 plants of an experimental hop that promised to give us the same emotions as the best hops we select every year. Today, we are finally seeing the first results in terms of quantity and, above all, quality. The aroma is intense, predominantly citric and citrusy with very slight herbaceous notes. These characteristics immediately made us think of a version of Mundaka with fresh hops in bloom from our farm. Thus Mundaka Verde was born.
