To say we’ve been taken by the Vanilla Oat Cream style here at Polly’s would be an understatement. We’re under no illusion that we’re not the only brewery to have done it, but as we did all those years ago when we first launched, we’ve set ourselves a goal to constantly refine, practice, and be the very best at it we can be. Aurora Blush brings the ABV back to a more reeled back and sessionable strength, but sacrifices no amount of flavour in this pursuit for perfection. Featuring a robust dry-hop charge of lifeblood hop Mosaic, alongside one of the most sought-after hops in the world in Rakau, this beer drips with apricot, passionfruit, fig and bubblegum notes, backed up with a lashing of fresh vanilla to amplify the fluffiness and mouthfeel of this incredible pale ale.
