More: We partnered with some of the best UK breweries in the game to create this 7% DDH IPA. The lead hop in this year’s beer is Sabro, a variety that’s fresh out of YCH's hop development programme. This new variety brings notes of lime zest, grapefruit, tropical flavours and coconut. We paired this with fresh Simcoe, dry-hopped with Citra and added Chinook and Columbus to the whirlpool. This beer is a true celebration of hops, huge thanks to Verdant Brewing Co, DEYA Brewing Company, Cloudwater Brew Co and Wylam Brewery for coming down to brew it with us.
