More: Wracamy do włoskich klimatów. Kwas My jest słodki, kwaśny i cytrusowy – to piwna alternatywa dla słynnego likieru limoncello. Do jasnego, zakwaszonego piwa dodaliśmy świeżo wyciśnięty sok z cytryn i dosłodziliśmy go niefermentowalnym ksylitolem (cukier z brzozy). We are returning to the Italian vibes. Kwas My is sweet, sour and citrusy – it is a beer alternative to the famous limoncello liqueur. We added freshly squeezed lemon juice to this light, acidified beer and sweetened it with non-fermentable xylitol (birch sugar).
